 In August 2015, I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve due to arthritis. My surgeon recommended acupuncture for pain management. 
Acupuncture allowed me to function as I waited for my surgery.
After the lumbar fusion surgery, I was again prescribed acupuncture treatment for pain management, nerve restoration, and healing. 
I have realized that acupuncture relieves many other issues. I twisted my ankle, Jessie treated it and the swelling and pain were gone.

I was referred for acupuncture treatment for my symptoms of PTSD from combat in Vietnam; mainly anxiety, panic attacks and sleeplessness. I have had acupuncture treatments for approximately a year and have found them to be very effective. 
I now sleep without interruption for 6-8 hours, my panic attacks have ceased almost entirely, and my anxiety has decreased substantially. 
Considering the fact that I have had many previous years of cognitive therapy and meditation, I find acupuncture treatment to be a more effective method, by far, than my previous methods.
